Identity Management wrapped in access governance

The following is an excerpt from an article I just wrote for Enterprise Innovation.

The Singapore Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts (MICA) recently announced it will require public sector entities to include, as part of their annual security reviews, system access control reviews for systems with high business impact. This requires all system owners or managers to re-certify and attest to access requirements at regular intervals in-line with the risk profile of business applications and systems.
